Whole30 Challenge

I have completed the Whole30 Challenge and I am sharing the tips and tricks from my 30 days of success with you. It was extremely eye opening to learn about how my daily food choices were filled with chemicals and poisons. Learning to eat clean food and cleansing my taste buds made me crave healthy food more and more.

I have taken the lessons I learned and implemented them into my daily life. Below you can follow my Whole30 journey as I blogged about my daily menu, fitness and emotions for all 30 days. As you will read, some days were quite challenging but shortly into my journey it became second nature to make the right choices. I also shared recipes of my favorite meals and most importantly healthy snacks.
