Whole30 Day 20: Healthy Inside and Out

My Journey: Whole30 Day 20

Whole30 day 20 and my skin is so soft, my hair looks healthy and my nails are strong. All great things that I appreciate along with my baggy clothes. I am in between pant sizes right now and I refuse to buy new clothes until I complete the first round of the Whole30 challenge. I like feeling healthy inside and out.

Whole30 Day 20 Fitness {Fitbit Steps}

I spent most of my day being extremely productive at my desk but I did remember to get up and move more often than usual. Setting an alarm on my phone really does help when I am engrossed in emails or projects. I managed to get 3,800 steps today….for real….I triple checked my synced steps this time. Hopefully tomorrow I can do 5,200 and make up for the low number today.

Whole30 Day 20 Emotions {sharp}

Although I am extremely happy about my improved skin, hair, nails and baggy clothes I have noticed my mind is so much more clear and sharp. Not only am I extremely focused on being successful with this Whole30 challenge but I have become so much more productive and organized with my work and home life. It feels good to be on top of things and not chasing my tail all day long.

I’ve also noticed that I am sleeping better and waking up more refreshed in the morning. I am not a morning person at all but I’ve found that it takes me less time to really get moving in the morning.

      Yes, I need to get over to the thrift store and see if I can get some dress pants for work…mine are literally falling off!
