Whole30 Day 26: Feeling Confident

Whole30 day 26 had me buttoning a jacket I haven’t worn in 3 years. I almost wore it to work today but I want to wait just a smidge longer until I am feeling 100% comfortable in the jacket. It was one of those outfits that looked good while standing but looked like crap while sitting down. I am thinking a few more weeks and I’ll have a new outfit for work. As a matter of fact, I’ll have a whole new wardrobe due to the entire section of my closet that is one size smaller than my current size. I am toally looking forward to new clothes in a smaller size.

Breakfast:

Whole 30 Exercise {Fitbit Steps}

My Fitbit is driving me nuts! Yesterday I thought my final number was 5,700 and it was really 6,000. Today it said 3,800 and I did one more sync and it is really 4,100. I think there is a bug with the app and I need to download it once again. Fingers crossed that it gets fixed and I am not missing out on too many steps.

Whole30 Emotions {confident}

A few days ago I talked about having self doubt but today I am feeling so confident and happy with the way things are going for me. I am pretty sure that jacket I tried on this morning confirmed that what I am doing is working and I am definitely making progress in the right direction. Regardless of my target number on the scale I am going to keep going until I meet my over all goal of losing 40 pounds total.
